Happy (Belated) Mother's Day to all my mother readers out there!
Today the Yoshikawa's invited me over to join their immediate family for Mother's Day. I got to enjoy a steak sandwich and other good foods! I had met some of their children and grandchildren before, so I saw some of them again and got to meet others.
After I got home, I caught up on my 'Young and the Restless.' Between watching CNBC and substituting, I had fallen away from watching for a few weeks so I was behind on the latest and convoluted drama in Genoa City. Well I saw this past Tuesday's episode, a turning point in the drama, a good episode to watch and get caught up. But I missed the drama of Wednesday, Thursday and Friday...So after getting home tonight, I watched those three episodes online and caught up....which leas me to my Tidbit by Thomas..
Tidbit by Thomas: Gloria reminded Kevin of an apparently common phrase (though I had never heard it worded like this), "Yesterday is history; tomorrow is a mystery; and today is a gift, and that’s why it’s called the present."
